My name is Barbara Cardilli, a former Commercial Strategist for the Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, over a decade at the forefront of Elite motorsport, shaping negotiations and creating High-Impact Experiences in one of the world’s most exclusive—and male-dominated—arenas.

My career began in luxury hospitality with Giorgio Armani Hotel Dubai, before moving into Formula 1, where I built a reputation for dealmaking excellence for major Sports Events in Middle East.

I am the founder of LABCARDI - a Boutique Consultancy for Innovation and Excellence across Commercial Solutions, PR’s and Events, transforming Speed into Strategy helping brands and leaders unlocking their business power.
