About the Founder
Hello, I am Barbara Cardilli
I am a former Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Commercial Strategist, I bring over a decade of experience driving high-level negotiations, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth across the global motorsport ecosystem. Working at the intersection of government, business, luxury, tourism, and investment, I have helped forge transformative alliances that position motorsport as a catalyst for economic development, global influence, and innovation within one of the world's most prestigious and traditionally male-dominated industries.
