It was a pleasure to welcome in our LAB Leaders from different industries such Marine, Aviation, Technology with the passion for Motorsport.

Women are more ambitious than ever and represent roughly one in four C-suite #leaders .
Effective leaders develop a sense of purpose by pursuing #goals that align with their personal #values and advance the collective good.
Flexibility and courage go hand in hand. Not only are female leaders flexible, but they are undeniably courageous. To get to the top of the #corporate ladder, women need #mentors who can support them in mentorship.

In the Innovators LAB, inspirational discussions took place with the focus on the challenges, dialogues on fostering an environment that encourages more #women to enter and excel in #motorsport or other male dominated industries such as #Technology or #Aviation.

From breaking #stereotypes to providing equal #opportunities, the panelists were strategizing on creating a path that ensures inclusivity and diversity in the thrilling world of #racing, IT or aviation.

It was great to hear from our Incredible Speakers Experiences and about the new upcoming #oracle Women Leadership Program, that connects women with #inspirational mentors that provides tools needed to #growth into more specialized and leadership roles.
