Women in Leadership – Owning your seat at the table

This year BC Lounge by Labcardi gathered Successful and Influential Women from different industries in two engaging Events during the Formula 4 Middle East at F1 Yas Marina Circuit and Dubai Autodrome.

CEO’s, General Managers, Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs in the United Arab Emirates shared their Powerful Stories through Panel Discussions with the Focus on Diversity and Empowerment, Leadership Roles in Finance, Technology, Marketing, Cyber Security, and Sport Management.

Most people know what diversity means, but the concept of inclusion takes it a step further.

If diversity is a mix of people with different backgrounds, abilities, cultural histories, experiences and perspectives, then inclusivity takes this to the next level by involving underrepresented or marginalized people at all levels of an organization’s workforce and leadership.

Inclusive managers invite and listen to underrepresented voices and encourage interactions between different departments, roles, and management levels.

Discussions were followed by VIP Garage Tours, Pit Walk access and walking on the Starting Grid of the Formula 4 Cars.
